  23. 1. your not trying to run it on a sportster modem? they dont take 
  24. flashes

  26. 2. your not trying to run it on a pcmcia courier? the pcmcia flash
  27. has not come out yet

  29. 3. you downloaded usrsdl.exe right? and you live in the us/canada?
  30.  
  31. 4. wrong com port?

  33. if u download usrsdl.exe and have a us/canada internal/external 
  34. courier it should work fine

  36. look at the readme in the sdl and see what it says.. i think it says
  37. that some dip switches may need to be changed when loading this rom
  38.
